Your Weekly Hug - 11.21.2022 Positive Inspiration for Your Week
Welcome to your Monday Hug!
Today, I invite you to spend the next 3.5+ minutes with me to hear a special inspirational message from the Hugs devotional. It's here to inspire and help guide you through the rest of your week!
And after the video finishes, you’re encouraged to take a few moments to sit quietly and reflect on what you heard.
And if you want to gift someone a Light of My Life Rearview Mirror Rosary found in the video, click here.
Blessings to you as you prepare for the week ahead!
Hugs,
Kathleen
FORGIVENESS AT HOME
If anyone says, “I am living in the light,” but hates a Christian brother or sister, that person is still living in darkness. - 1 John 2:9 NLT
Sometimes it’s easy to become angry with the people we love most - and sometimes it’s hard to forgive them. After all, we know that our family will still love us no matter how angry we become. But while it’s easy to get angry at home, it’s usually wrong.
Because no family is perfect, no family is totally free of squabbles, disagreements, misunderstandings, and hurt feelings. But family arguments should never be allowed to fester; they should be addressed and resolved, however difficult that resolution may be.
The next time you’re tempted to stay angry at a husband, a child, a sibling, or a parent, remember that these are the people who love you more than anyone else. Then calm down and forgive them - because peace is always beautiful, especially when it’s peace at your house.
“Home is where I know true peace and love.” - Anita Baker
