Shipping destinations. We ship worldwide. 🌎

Processing time (the time before your order ships): 1-3 business days. However, during promotional or other higher volume periods such as the holidays, we may need 5-7 days to process your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to fill your order timely.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • North America: 3-7 business days
  • International: varies by country
  • Knots of Grace will do its best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Shipping to Multiple Locations: 

  • Each order may be shipped to one location only.  
  • To mail to additional addresses, a separate order will be required for each unique mailing address.  
  • Discounts are exclusive to individual orders and not combined. 

Starting September 9, 2022, we offer USA Flat Rate Standard Shipping for Retail Orders with rates based on weight:

  • Less than 15.9 ounces = $2.00
  • 1-3 pounds = $5.00
  • 3+ pounds = carrier rates
  • Standard shipping is now free on Retail orders over $100 within the United States 
  • International address = carrier rates

Wholesale Shipping for orders shipped to a US address. Rates are based on weight:

  • Less than 5 pounds = $10.00
  • 5-10 pounds = $14.00
  • 10-20 pounds = $26.00
  • 20+ pounds = carrier rates
  • International address = carrier rates

Potential Shipping Delays:

Lost/Stolen items. Knots of Grace cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.

Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Knots of Grace is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Costs. Shipping prices are calculated for ONE shipping address.  If you would like to ship to multiple locations, you must complete separate orders with different shipping addresses.
