Refund policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may ask for a photo, especially if damaged upon delivery.
  • If a product gets damaged or is faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund or exchange.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues. Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items. Some products may not be returned, such as custom items (i.e., special orders or personalized items) or perishable goods (i.e., food, flowers, newspapers, beauty products, or magazines). We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges. The best way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then once the return is accepted, you make a separate purchase for the new item.

      Gifts
      • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
      • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
