Originally designed as a stronger alternative to fragile elastic rosary bracelets, it combines rugged construction, comfortable natural wood beads, and an adjustable fit for everyday wear.
Originally called the Runner’s Rosary, this design began when Kathleen created a more durable replacement for a family member whose traditional beaded rosary bracelets could not withstand an active daily routine.
The result was a strong, flexible prayer bracelet built to handle movement, sweat, and everyday wear without losing its purpose.
What began as a practical solution became a meaningful companion for anyone looking for a simple way to bring prayer into the rhythm of daily life. You do not have to be a runner to wear it. You only need a desire to keep prayer close.
Both sizes use the same one-decade prayer layout and adjustable construction.
Both are gently curved to sit naturally against the wrist or palm during wear and prayer.
The adjustable sliding pull-cord design is intended to fit a wide range of wrist sizes.
All available bracelet options are sized to accommodate the larger fit range, making this a one-size-fits-most design.
The bracelet can be tightened for a secure fit during activity and loosened for comfort when needed.

* To keep the wooden beads soft and nourished, periodically rub a small amount of natural oil (like mineral oil, olive oil, or beeswax-based balm) to condition the wood and maintain its beauty as it ages.
Having bought several for myself and my kids a year ago, I purchased two more for a dear friend and her daughter - the daughter is undergoing brain surgery this week. Although none of us are Catholic, I've found that having something to 'click through' can help focus my prayers and I wished the same for them at a time when their thoughts are all over the place. They received the bracelets before they left town for the surgical hospital and are thankful for the reminder of the community that is praying for them every step of the way.

i love this door rosary. The one that I purchased has blue cord, and it is beautiful. The blue contrasts so well with the light colored wooden beads. And most of all, I love the crucifix with the St. Benedict medal. Kathleen does a wonderful job making these hand knotted rosaries, and she does so with faith and love.
