Your Monday Hug for Nov 10, 2025: Demonstrating Our Beliefs

Happy Monday, my Friend!

Sometimes our faith shows up best through what we do - not just what we say.
When life feels a little uncertain or heavy, God doesn’t just comfort us - He strengthens us. He gives us what we need to live out what we believe each day.

This week, let’s remember that His presence in us is what helps us act with compassion, speak with honesty, and love without fear. When we trust Him and put our faith into action, we become little sparks of His hope and light in the world.

Take a few minutes to watch this week’s short reflection. It’s a gentle reminder that demonstrating our beliefs means trusting God enough to act on His word - bringing His peace to your heart, His courage to your spirit, and His hope to those around you.

Demonstrating Our Beliefs

Excerpt from Hugs: Daily Inspirations for Women

"Be not faithless, but believing.” - John 20:27 KJV

When it comes to beliefs, our actions are far better indicators than our words. Yet far too many of us spend more energy talking about our beliefs than living by them - with predictable consequences.

Is your life a picture book of your creed? Are your actions congruent with your beliefs? Are you willing to practice the philosophies you preach? If so, you are a powerful example to your family and friends.

Each day presents a fresh opportunity to make certain that your actions are guided by the conscience God has given you. So don't treat your faith as if it were separate from your everyday life. Weave your beliefs into the very fabric of your day. When you do, God will honor your good works, and your good works will honor God.

Untying the Knots Within – One Step of Faith at a Time

This week, take a few moments to live your faith through action and intention:

  • Mini Prayer: “Lord, help me to live what I believe - may my actions speak Your truth and reflect Your love.”
  • Quiet Practice: Look for one opportunity each day to show your faith through kindness, forgiveness, or courage.
  • Saint Companion:
    • St. Leo the Great (Nov 10) - Model of wisdom and truth. May his bold faith inspire you to speak truth with love.

    • St. Martin of Tours (Nov 11) - Example of generosity. Let his compassion move you to share freely with those in need.

    • St. Frances Xavier Cabrini (Nov 13) - A woman of action and trust. May her perseverance remind you that God provides all you need to serve others.

    • St. Albert the Great (Nov 15) - A mind for truth and discovery. Let his curiosity encourage you to seek God in both knowledge and wonder.

    • St. Margaret of Scotland (Nov 16) - A heart for family and service. May her example remind you that holiness begins at home.

    • St. Gertrude the Great (Nov 16) - A soul devoted to love. Let her deep trust in God inspire your own closeness to Him.

  • Product Tip: Attach any of our Traveler’s Rosaries to your belt loop or bag - an everyday reminder to carry your faith with you and to let others see it in how you live.

Let’s pray …

Dear God,

Thank You for the faith You’ve planted in my heart. Help me to live what I believe - with joy, courage, and hope. May my words and actions reflect Your goodness and inspire others to trust in You. Strengthen me to demonstrate my faith each day and to find peace in Your promises.
Amen.

Walking with you in faith,

Kathleen
