Repairs & Care

I put a lot of care into making each Knots of Grace rosary, and I want you to be able to enjoy and pray with it for years to come. While my rosaries are made to be durable, they are handmade pieces and may occasionally need a little care.

If Something Breaks

If your rosary has a problem due to a workmanship or material issue, please reach out. I want to make it right and will be happy to assess the issue.

If something breaks shortly after you receive your rosary, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, I may repair or replace the item at no charge.

Repairs After Use

Rosaries can experience normal wear and tear over time, especially when they are carried, worn, or used regularly.

Repairs due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or lost or damaged components are available for a fee.

Repair fees start at $15 and vary depending on the parts and work needed. For more involved repairs, such as completely restringing a rosary or rebuilding it with the original beads and cross, the cost may be higher.

I'll always let you know the repair cost before beginning any work, so there are no surprises.

What About My Original Pieces?

Whenever possible, I'll reuse your original beads, cross, and other components. If a particular component is no longer available, I'll work with you to find the closest suitable replacement.

For sentimental pieces, I'll always do my best to preserve the original components and give your rosary a little more life.

How to Request a Repair

Please email hello@knotsofgrace.com with:

  • Your name and order information, if available
  • A brief description of what happened
  • A photo of the rosary and the damaged area

I'll take a look and let you know what I recommend and what the repair will cost before we move forward.

If you have a rosary that needs a little love, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to see if I can help.
