Start Monday with an inspirational message that can help guide you through the rest of your week!

After the short video message, we encourage you to take a few moments to sit quietly and reflect on what you heard.

Blessings to you as you prepare for the week ahead!

Eyeing the Doughnut

This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast. - Hebrews 6:19

On the wall of a little doughnut shop, the sign read: "As you travel through live, brother, whatever be your goal, keep your eye upon the doughnut, and not upon the hole."

Are you a woman who keeps your eye upon the doughnut, or have you acquired the unfortunate habit of looking only at the hole?  Hopefully, you spend most of your waking hours thanking God for the good things in life and ignoring the rest.

Today and ever day do yourself this favor: choose to be a hope-filled, upbeat, enthusiastic woman.  Trust your hopes, not your fears.  Whatever you do, keep your eye carefully fixed on the doughnut and don't waste too much time fretting about that silly little hole.

"No pessimist ever discovered the secrets of the stars, or sailed to an unchartered land, or opened a new heaven to the human spirit." - Helen Keller
