My 2020 word of the year is LIGHT. I don’t know 100% why I chose this word in January. Maybe it came from ...
My desire to get leaner, lighter & lose some weight
Me wanting to think "lighter" thoughts and go with the flow more often, or
One of my planners used the light theme
Regardless of the reason, LIGHT is the word I'm using to center my actions this year and now that we’re halfway through the year, I think I chose the right word. As you know, there’s a lot of heavy stuff going on - we’re more homebound than ever before (and has allowed for more weight fluctuation for me) and people’s emotions are high & heavy - so thinking “lighter” thoughts are definitely something I have to remind myself to do.
So in the spirit of my word of 2020, I'm sharing 10 light-themed quotes and scriptures with you. I hope they bring some peace to your day.
