So if you find yourself succumbing to worry and discouragement, seek God's healing touch and the encouraging words of friends and family. And if you fall into the harmful habit of negative thinking, just think again. After all, God teaches us that with His help we can overcome every difficulty. And when God makes a promise, He keeps it.
