Habits for Life
If you sincerely desire to improve your health and to make those improvements stick, take an honest look at the habits that make up the fabric of your day.
American philosopher Eric Hoffer observed, "Wise living consists perhaps less in acquiring good habits than in acquiring as few bad habits as possible."
Are you eating unhealthy foods without even thinking about the consequences? It's time to change. Are you addicted to cigarettes? It's time to quit. Do you constantly dwell on negative thoughts? It's time to think more critically about what you're focusing on.
Your habits help determine the quality and tone of your day. If you make those habits work for you, you'll be surprised at how quickly your health will begin to improve.
