YOUR WEEKLY INSPIRATION 09.27.2021 💭

Start Monday with an inspirational message that can help guide you through the rest of your week!

After the short video message, we encourage you to take a few moments to sit quietly and reflect on what you heard.

Blessings to you as you prepare for the week ahead!

Thinking Clearly

Think clearly and exercise self-control. Look forward to the special blessings that will come to you - 1 Peter 1:13

Our thoughts are powerful things. They can lift us up or drag us down. They have the power to energize us or deplete us, to inspire us to greater accomplishments or render our goals unreachable.

Bishop Fulton Sheen said, "The mind is like a clock that is constantly running down. It needs to be wound up daily with good thoughts." But sometimes, even for the most faithful believers, winding up our intellectual clocks is difficult.

If negative thoughts have left you worried, exhausted, or both, it's time to readjust your thought patterns. Negative thinking is habit-forming; but thankfully, so is positive thinking. It's up to you to train your mind to focus on God's power and your possibilities. Both are far greater than you can imagine.

"Be very careful what thoughts you put into your mind. For good or bad, they will boomerang right back to you." - Beatryce Nivens
