This Door Rosary is part of our Knots of Grace Signature Collection.
If you love original designs and items made in the USA, then this Door Rosary is definitely for you!
The Signature Collection was inspired by Kathleen's father, James Hargreaves, a woodworker who taught his stepson and 3 stepdaughters the value and beauty of handcrafted, wood products. From this knowledge, Kathleen had the vision to bring her woodworking and knot-tying skills together to create beautiful wooden crosses for her door rosaries.
Each wooden cross is manufactured and cut in the USA by a local small business. Once in the Knots of Grace studio, we hand-sand, hand-stain, and individually secure each cross with its specific design components to create a beautiful finished product.
All Signature Door Rosaries are beautiful, sturdy, and unique. Though the crosses and knots may look similar, because they are hand-crafted, no two are 100% identical.
This specific Door Rosary includes a Jerusalem-styled cross hand-painted in a denim-like finish. Secured at the center of the cross is a hand-poured iridescent light blue decorative resin cross in a templar style.
The cross is secured to either a Navy blue (not shown) or Pewter gray knotted rope.
The rope is soft and manufactured in the USA, by a Veteran-owned small business. It's made of up-cycled materials and is waterproof and resistant to most oils and grease. Making it easy to maintain.
The rope we use is strong enough to hold up to years of the door opening and closing but is also soft to the touch.
- Length when hung on door: 13.25 inches
- Cross measurements: 5 in x 3 in x 0.5 in
- All Knots of Grace items come to you boxed & hand-wrapped. No extra gift wrap is needed.
What is a Door Rosary? It's 10 hand-tied barrel knots, attached to a decorated cross by a larger center knot. You hang it on any inside door or wall as a visual sign of your faith and a reminder to pray.
This Signature Door Rosary makes a perfect gift for your loved one who needs a little extra comfort. It will become a keepsake to be enjoyed for years to come.
